Allowing forms to gallery so I could fill in form in multiple rows

Hi I'd like to put a form like feature where a user can input the following numbers by each box, are there are any solutions for this? may you suggest a method

    Hi @sabrinaaa_ ,

     

    Form is not not supported within a gallery.

    But you could insert input controls into the gallery and make the gallery like an excel grid, I Think this link will help you a lot:
