Multiple SharePoint List in PowerApps

Hi Everyone,

I am new to developing applications using PowerApps. I have a question regarding which scenario is the best practice.

For example:

I have 3 SharePoint list for service or request form :-

1. MoU Request - To request MoU approval.

2. Change Request - To request enhancement approval.

3. User Access Request - To request user access approval.

My question is which is better:-

a) One PowerApps to host all the SharePoint lists or

b) Multiple PowerApps (for each list) launched by a single PowerApps (act as a gateway)

For your information, the number of SharePoint lists will continue to increase. Hope the scenario helps. Thank you.

    Hi @Syahirul ,

I would suggest one list with a field for approval type with one Power App.
