Hi! Through flow you can connect to sharepoint and return information, yes. I'd say get a simple bot working with a connection to MS Flow, from there, add in a sharepoint connector and there will be tons of possibilities!

If you follow the link I gave to integrate with Flow, then you can follow something like this to build the flow:

Hi @P_SA . If you haven't had time to look at this already, here's some high level steps.

    1. Create the Bot and the Topic
    2. Add 'Call for action' and create the flow. Save the flow as it is.
    3. Create a Solution and add the flow into that solution (now the flow will show up in PVA). https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-flow#move-a-flow-to-the-solutions-tab-on-the-microsoft-automate-portal
    4. Update the flow and add the action "SharePoint - Get files" and save the property "Link to item" for the document you want. Pass that value back to PVA using the pre-built output string.

Let me know if you want more details or if this is enough to get you started!

You might also consider just returning the link to the SP list item and emailing them the document -using a flow as suggested.
