sending emails connectors not working

I am working on the final challenge for autonomous agents ... on the movie pick agent with a recurrent trigger.

I am stuck because in the last step of the Power Automate flow, I need to send an email with the movie that I picked ... and I have tried 5 different connectors, and none have worked for different reasons.

I can make the Power Automate flow work, using and authenticating a connector with my personal account from outlook.com. The flow works perfectly, but when I try to publish the agent, it triggers warnings about the security of the personal credentials, and I am not able to publish the agent.

I have not found a connector that work with my powerup credentials I have tried the Outlook 365 and the Outlook.com and none worked ... the flow cannot run, and emails are not sent.

I have also tried using an API with a key but there was another authentication error that I could not troubleshoot ... in summary I tried 5 different connectors (including Gmail), and I cannot finish my challenge because I do not know how to send an email using the credentials from Power Up that could pass the security requirements - to allowed me to publish the agent ...

I want to find a way and understand how to do it, but if it is a known issue ... I have a way of making the flow work entirely but not as part of the agent ...would that be enough to record my final challenge?

So a couple of things.

1. The picture of the flow says it worked, so when you say it doesn't I am unsure what you mean. Did you just not get the email?

2. The warnings themselves should not block you from using the connector, but it can depend on your Environment (making sure you are in your correct environment even inside the Power Up Challenge).

3. Without seeing the actual actions, configured and visible its hard to tell you what wrong, but I can assure you 10000% it works, which just means you are doing something incorrectly, or (as your last picture shows) it is working but its in Junk or Outbox.

My Mentee used both Gmail and O365 and also Outlook.com and they all worked, and as well for me. So can please if you can answer the above and show me specifically what you have configured it would help.

Oh and, what authentication do you have setup for the Agent? Go into Settings and show me please.

thx for the answer, will try to explain ...

1. the flow works but it is using my personal credentials for sending the email ... I am doing everything from power automate for now in one flow, the challenge for autonomous agents is not that and will need to trigger the email from the agent ...trying to solve the power automate first.

2. the environment I am using in Power Automate and Copilot Studio is the same and it is the one setup for the Power UP challenge (Luis Elizondo)

and authentication is "Authenticate with Microsoft" ...I think this is because I am using my personal credentials, in the PA flow and the agent is not "publishing" bc of the security warnings ...

if I use in PA flow any other email connector and try using the "credentials" from PowerUP, I am not able to make the connector to work, and the flow fails ...

hope this make more sense now ...I can schedule a quick call and show you

Long time ago i used to have this problem in the environnement, it was at the end a security DLP pushed by admin to refuse send mail from "perosnnal environnement". have you check with your it ?

I isolated the action that is breaking my flow and not allowing me to finish ... and I did it really simple.

1. on the Topic: On Conversation Start, I just added one connector Action = sending an email notification

2. on first run I needed to authenticate, which I did with the credentials from the powerup program, it verifies that it is accepted ..see images

3. testing that particular Topic ... sends an error message, when checking inside the flow in PA, I can see that the "authentication" is the problem, and I go back, and the connection says "stale"
