Transpose Dataverse Table - Columns to Rows

Hi everybody

 

I'm trying to figure out how I can create a collection with my column names and the values but transposed. My data is stored in a Dataverse table.

 

From this: 

column name 1column name 2column name 3column name 4column name 5column name 6column name 7
Value 1Value 2Value 3Value 4Value 5Value 6Value 7

 

To this: 

ColumnValue
column name 1Value 1
column name 2Value 2
column name 3Value 3
column name 4Value 4
column name 5Value 5
column name 6Value 6
column name 7Value 7

 

Can anybody help me out?
