Hello Damien! How you are fine! Try to change the tennante.  If still not works, better train your model chunked in some AI with  TPU as ( Kaggle, Google, Union).

OR, you can try chunk it in may diferent sites( a litle on GPT, Copilt, Google, Kaglle etc..)

Once you finish the model, you import it to copilot( already trained).

As you can see, most of AI is not so easy to make. Need train the data before upload or the  Agent will send many non sense answers.

    Regards;

    Tiago.

    • Uploaded files greater than 512 MB aren't supported.

Make sure the enviornment DLP policies have below connectors classified as business connector

Knowledge source with SharePoint and OneDrive in Copilot Studio Block agent makers from publishing agents configured with SharePoint as a knowledge source. Supports DLP connector endpoint filtering to allow or deny endpoints.
Knowledge source with documents in Copilot Studio Block agent makers from publishing agents configured with documents as a knowledge source.

There was a problem creating your knowledge source
I am facing similar issue with Copilot Studio while trying to add a PDF file or any file to the knowledge section. After uploading the file, its status shows as "unknown" instead of "in progress" or "ready." Additionally, when I test the bot with prompts related to the PDF content, it doesn't provide responses based on the PDF.

Here are the steps I've taken so far:

Verified the file format and size.

    Re-uploaded the PDF file.
Cleared browser cache and changes the browser chrome and edge.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists.

Although by adding any website link there is no issue.

I contacted the support team three weeks ago, but they still haven't been able to resolve the issue

Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

    Thank you!

Great! I have seen similar posts with the same issues. There was one post where the user changed their environment from the EU to the US, and while I don’t think this is the solution, it did work for that user. It might be a setting that the admin needs to enable.

I remember we also enabled some services when we tested. Maybe this will help:

    Hi @Kantasit,

Yes the same issues on multiple custom copilot and a already tried to create a new copilot. But I found one interesting thing.
It's working on an another tenant, it isn't a problem from Copilot Studio but a problem with our tenant settings. I'm not an admin of our tenant, I opened a case to try to identify which policy block that in our environnement.

But if anyone know the solution :) !

@nicox : It's seems to be the right maximum file limit but i can't verify as you know :)

    Thank you for your time

Do you have this issues on multiple custom copilot or only this instance?
Have you tried to create a new custom copilot and try to add it there?

Hi @, sorry I don't have an answer with your question, but I am just curious about your maximum file limit. Is that really 512mb?
