Copilot Studio System Error

I've deployed a copilot studio bot with conversation boosting to Teams and encounter this error:  Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: a:12UpoIgbyFclagrHy5CfF9kwUtNg3l6ADQpH6MMebBjV_qsUzPgEhBcK_Jlo-A-dEBbZt0CLBhzmkC_spK5R7xFm69l_i_I7RcZqm74CDAqr0LXrBAWfA21WUcsPsPjS.  I have yet to find a solution to this problem.
