Is there a way to edit records in a view?

When we are creating a new table, we can edit and add records in the tabular. I'd like to edit records without a main form. Is it possible? Mayby some settings or PCF?

The same wish for Subgrid - I can use Editable grid, but can't skip a main Form.

PS: Editable grid is so wooden 😞

You can still edit records in a table view not necessarily a subgrid.

Thank you, @Mira_Ghaly I've just tried, it's a good solution. But I can't add a new record whithout Main Form. Is it possible with JavaScript?

@Max77 , You can use custom pages to create a new record while on the View Page in MDA. You will use Canvas app in the custom page to create new records. It will include some JavaScript to show the Custom Page as a dialogue on top of you view.

The use case here is to open a custom page inside a form using a custom command button. In you case you should use the custom command button on the View Menu.

Note, you don't need to pass any parameter to the Canvas app in your case.

As you can see I can add a new record without Main Form, can delete record without any questions and don't use a mouse.

I got your point but I believe you will need to develop your custom PCF control to be able to have this functionality or check the PCF Gallery.
