I need a clear view for exporting the application with flows from tenant to tenant if I use a sharepoint as a database.
Hi @Selvarokith_B ,
To export a Power Apps application with flows from one tenant to another, using SharePoint as a database, follow these steps:
Export the App: In Power Apps, go to your app, click on '...,' then 'Export package.' Follow the prompts to export.
Export Flows: In Power Automate, find the flows associated with your app. Click on '...,' then 'Export,' and choose 'Package (.zip)'.
Prepare SharePoint Data Source: Ensure the SharePoint site/lists used as a database are set up in the target tenant.
Import App and Flows: In the target tenant, go to Power Apps and Power Automate respectively, and import the app and flows using the 'Import package' option.
Update Data Sources: After importing, update the data sources in both the app and flows to point to the SharePoint in the new tenant.
Remember, permissions and connections might need to be re-established in the new tenant.
