I want to be able to dynamically create Power Platform environments from my ALM pipelines. E.g. to spin up a clean test environment each time our test pipeline runs. But I'm not sure if this is possible?
- Is it possible to create environments via e.g. GitHub actions?
- If it is, then is it possible to pre-populate the connections needed by e.g. our power automate flows?
Yes, you can create environments.
No, connections have to already exist.
There is a potential workaround: If you reset an environment then the connections are still valid after it's reset and can be hooked up again to the connection ref.
