I have been tasked with building a power app that collects and displays information, and sends various emails to company members.
I’ve got the app and emails working, but they all say my name in the From line. This is not desired.
Is there a way to change this, and if yes how?
The email should come from a generic or group email box.
There will be no need for the recipient to respond to the email they receive.
This is a ‘notification of action required’ email that comes with a link to the app.
Thank you for the feedback.
Can this be accomplished with a group email, that has been set up as a sort of 'helpdesk' for the app itself for users, if this email is set up with the appropriate permissions, as you've described?
I understand there are some tasks/functions for which group emails cannot be used.
The fourth param in the connector is from, which is the sender's email. The only catch is logged in user must have sender's permission for that mail address. Giving you some references
