Rich text editor

Hello,

is there any other possibility to display the content of a rich text field from Sharepoint, except using a rich text editor? The rich text editor contains a toolbar (in a display mode too, if I understand it correctly), in a list or on a form with multiple rich text fields it is not really usable.

Thank you!

Olaf

    Hi @osx,

Do you want to display Rich Text value from a SP list within your app without using Rich Text Editor control?

I agree with @Anonymous's thought almost. As an alternative solution, I think the Html Text control could achieve your needs.

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:4.JPG

On your side, you should remove the Original Rich Text Editor control from the corresponding Data card which related to the Multiple Line of Text in your SP list, then add a Html Text control within it, and bind it to the related field in your Edit form:

Set the HtmlText property of the Html text control to following:

    Parent.Default

Set the Update property of the corresponding Data card which contains the Html text control to following:

    HtmlText1.HtmlText

    Best regards,
