Removing Node connection between Topics in PVA chatbot workflow

How to remove wire connection between topic and a question in PVA chatbot workflow. When I am trying to Rewire the connection it shows "Something went wrong , Please Try again, Session ID : 123456 ". Hence how can we delete the wire connection between a topic and a question?

@Pstork1 Can you please check and suggest any resolution
