Is there a way to use the Analytics available to automatically give users options when they initially engage with the Bot.
For example, when the user initially engages with the bot e.g. User types "Hello". Based on the Analytics the bot responds with "How can I help, but here are some recent FAQ", so it automatically generates options for the user based on the most frequent engagements generated using the Analytics stats. These would be dynamic options which would constantly change depending on how users engage.
Thanks for opening this @renatoromao . The planned feature in January should still work us initially as will be a good to get overall FAQ added.

Thanks for the link and this is great to hear. Reading the feature details it will be based on all user Reponses, but wondering is it planned this could expanded so it could be narrowed based on user FAQ that is specific to users?
For example, the user has interacted with the Bot 10 times and 6 of those times was regarding a specific Topic. Could the user then see this option when they launch the Bot. Other users to see Topics based on what they have previously interacted on?
