Force agent to search specific knowledge source if phrase used

On of our knowledge sources is Salesforce (via direct tables) within Copilot Studio. When asking questions about cases, owners, etc., it will sometimes not search Salesforce, but instead answer based on SharePoint document or something else. We try typing 'search only Salesforce', but it doesn't always work. I heard about 'Knowledge Advanced Tuning', but I don't think it is out yet. Tried following the instructions to create a Topic (with phrases), but I don't see a 'phrases' area on the Recognized Intent properties panel.

Hello,

what you could try out is to use "Instructions" to guide the model when it should answer the question based on Salesforce and when on other sources. Unfortunately, it's not possible to set up a hierarchy of sources to search for yet - at least for the generative orchestration feature that you're using. You could also try out "Generative answers" action and select "Search only selected sources", but you'd need to guide the model to choose the topic with this action - this can be done via descriptions.

I did give it instructions, but it seems it is not searching Salesforce at all any longer. Not sure what is up with it. I can see the Salesforce data via the Copilot Connector preview and in Graph search results, but copilot can't answer any questions now about the data in SF. Very frustrating.
