I am trying to build an app that will allow me to fill in Date, Part Number, Location, Stock Qty, Sample Qty and Discrepant Qty through a sharepoint. The issue I am running into is when the app is booted up I need it to autofill the Part Number and Location and as counts are being submitted for it to automatically populate the next part number and location on the list. Once the app is closed on next bootup to continue where was left off.

I will try to answer it, however I didnt get the complete query. For auto populating Part Number and Location, you can use Last function.

Last(SharePointList)

And for Part Number and Location, you have default property of control to be Last(SharePointList).'Part Number' and Last(SharePointList).Location . Please check https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/power-fx/reference/function-first-last

Please elaborate more on other part of query.

So essentially I have a sharepoint list with corresponding Part Numbers and Locations and I have a sheet built to add stock qty, sample qty, and discrepant qty. As well as a submit button and reset button. My issue is pulling the first row part number and location and it auto populating in my data cards and then when i enter my counts submitting it populating the next row part number and location. But I also need it to function when i close the app it picking up at last one that I left off on.
