Hi all,
I'm trying to add a link to an image, the link doesn't want to work. Does anyone know how I would make this link work inside launch():
https://fedauth.alaskasworld.com/as/authorization.oauth2?client_id=yuBv7hh7dpOQ&response_type=code&response_mode=form_post&scope=openid%20profile&state=jjjRZHBFe5g%3d&acr_values=urn%3aoasis%3anames%3atc%3aSAML%3a2.0%3aac%3aclasses%3aPasswordProtectedTransport&redirect_uri=https:%2F%2Fids.alaskasworld.com%2faccess%2foblix%2fapps%2fwebgate%2fbin%2fwebgate.dll
It seems to be having an issue because of the syntax, but I'm not sure how to overcome the issue on this platform.
Thanks!
Hi Jeffheaps,
make sure you are adding Quotation marks " to the start and end of the link.
There are two methods:
Option #1 (Doesnt give you the hand icon showing the link)
On the Image control goto the "OnSelect" function and add: Launch("https://fedauth.alaskasworld.com/as/authorization.oauth2?client_id=yuBv7hh7dpOQ&response_type=code&response_mode=form_post&scope=openid%20profile&state=jjjRZHBFe5g%3d&acr_values=urn%3aoasis%3anames%3atc%3aSAML%3a2.0%3aac%3aclasses%3aPasswordProtectedTransport&redirect_uri=https:%2F%2Fids.alaskasworld.com%2faccess%2foblix%2fapps%2fwebgate%2fbin%2fwebgate.dll")
Option #2 (This will give the user the "hand" icon when hovering on the image so they will know its a link).
Add a button and clear the Text, Colour and Fill so that it is not visible. Put the button over your image and on the "OnSelect" function add the same thing:
Launch("https://fedauth.alaskasworld.com/as/authorization.oauth2?client_id=yuBv7hh7dpOQ&response_type=code&response_mode=form_post&scope=openid%20profile&state=jjjRZHBFe5g%3d&acr_values=urn%3aoasis%3anames%3atc%3aSAML%3a2.0%3aac%3aclasses%3aPasswordProtectedTransport&redirect_uri=https:%2F%2Fids.alaskasworld.com%2faccess%2foblix%2fapps%2fwebgate%2fbin%2fwebgate.dll")
Thanks for the response. My issue is actually that I've done exactly as you prescribed and it gives me an error. This is what is looks like: (see attached)
Can you take a screenshot of the "OnSelect" formula?
I just tried it again and it works without an issue (See Attached).
Mine looks the same as yours. Unsure why one would work while the other does not.
edit: Nevermind - I missed a double quote at the start. Thanks for your help. Can't believe I missed that.
