How can we delete dependencies whose object type is app action?

Hi,

We are trying to delete a Dataverse table which is no longer necessary.

It is to be deleted from the environment.

We deleted its dependencies of relationships, choices, model driven apps, component libraries and all.

But, only dependencies, type of which are 'app action', cannot be deleted.

We assume these dependencies are of command buttons on a command bar of model driven app.

(We created 3 buttons, and three app action dependencies are left undeletable.)

We surely deleted all command buttons from the component library.

How can we delete these dependencies?

Any tips are appreciated.

I have the same question (1)

Can you provide a screenshot of the dependencies error message while deleting?

Please check the below list of dependencies type it may help you identify the dependency you need to move.

    Hi @HiroakiSasaki ,

For every command bar button component library gets created, with that it creates app action and model driven app element as dependencies. As per the SS, model driven app element is nothing but a button which can be deleted from the command bar from front end but app action we can't. It needs to be removed from backend for that you can use CRM rest builder. Generate delete request and remove appaction.

From CRM rest builder, first get proper ID of appaction using retrieve multiple request as shown in below SS. After finding the ID perform delete request, then all the dependency will get removed for the component library.

I hope it resolves your issue. If it does, kindly give kudo and accept it as solution.
