How to route record to queue?

Hi all, I am trying to route a custom record to existing queue using flow. But I am not sure how can i achieve it.

 

I attached screenshot of my flow here, please guid me with this..

Do i need to fill any other fields here?

 

And I am getting error as below

My entity schema name is correct and i also tried adding ' ' ... But its not working... I am still getting the same error.

    Hi @varshinims08 

     

    You are close with the solution. The error you are getting can be solved by using 

     

    iic_frois(<<frois GUID>>) instead of /iic_frois/<<frois GUID>>

     

    You will also need to update the same for Queue, using 

    queues(<<queue GUID>>)

    double check and make sure that the entity name is the Data Set name (usually the plural name) eg. for an Account it would be accounts(the guid)

    I checked with entity logical name and its correct. I Don't know what is the problem here.

    Thank you all, 

     

    Issue solved, the error was with my entity logical name only.  Since its adds 's' at end of all logical names, my entity logical name was frois so I have to add froises.
