Hi,
i found a few topics with advices how to prevent this situation, but I did not found a clear answer what WILL happen if this situation occurs.
So my question is - what happens with a Power App that has no co-owners, and the only owner is being deleted from the AD? Does it automatically disappear?
@siimgorczyca - luckily, it does not disappear. Just to reiterate, if an app has only one owner (with no co-owner) and that owner/user has been deleted from AD, the app does not get deleted. As an environment admin, you can go to https://aka.ms/ppac > select the environment where the app is and share it with another active user. That's all you need to do! Also, if you have Power Platform Admin role, you can perform the same task.
Power Platform Center of Excellence Starter kit covers lot of governance etc. and I highly recommend you give it a read.
Hope this helps!
