Person Or Group Not Displaying Full List

I have a MS List with a few fields including a Person Or Group field titled Owner.

I have some forms in the powerapp and one of the fields in a form is the Owner field. For some reason it does not display all the names in org when I try search for another name other than a small few.

When I create a new item in the MS list I can search for users in the org completely fine! My search dunction is turned on in properties so not sure why I can only see a small amount of choices?

How are you searching and if using a Combo Box, what is the Items ?

Hi,

I had this issue because of using a comboBox with different Items based on another field. It doesnt show all values from the list so when I changed it to seperate combox boxes it works fine.

Check if thats your case and if not then share your Datasource and Items value.

Hi , @WarrenBelz I was using the modern forms but when I switched to old forms + combobox & changed the items pointed as @Ramiz suggested it worked. I think perhaps some issue with the newer forms
