Import Excel File to Share Point List using Power Apps

Hi is there a way to import / bulk uploads from excel file to a Share Point list.

I saw a video online But they are using PowerApps not Power Apps (V2). I tried their solution but im having an invalid template error in power automate.

Is it still possible to do this to date?

or is there a newer approach to this.
