Hello,
I ma trying to create blank data from a Sharepoint list connection however the data is not showing as per below screenshot. Nevertheless, when I choose image gallery the data shows .
Any advise on this matter ?

Ok I got it I need to insert labels for items and data to appear !
Hi @Najwa_Rahal ,
In the form you need to add fields - choose (select the form then choose Edit at far right) then Add Fields. You also need to do the same for additional fields in the Gallery, but you do this by adding Labels and setting the Text property to ThisItem.FieldName (actual field name).
