Hi,

We have build a Reservation Desk App, using the below SharePoint lists:

1 - Reservation Desk (with desk number: desk 1, desk 2, desk 3...)

2 - Reservation Details ( with all the reservations made)

What we want is that, when a user is selecting a day, in the reservation screen, the desk already occupied to appear with red and do not allow to check the box.

Could you please help us?

We don't want to use filter, to appear only the available desks. We need this format but with the above conditions.

We have to set 2 properties. In this example, I use the Priority field in SP

1. Default - by default is false, but we set based the booked condition

ThisItem.Priority.Value="Critical"

2. DisplayMode

If(ThisItem.Priority.Value="Critical",DisplayMode.Disabled,DisplayMode.Edit)

Example: (Checkbox checked when Priority is Critical and Disabled). We can easily change to your field)

Is not working, because I have two separated lists. Please see below:

1st list - Reservation Desk (with desk number: desk 1, desk 2, desk 3...)
2nd list - Reservation Details ( with all the reservations made)

I believe still this is possible. Onchange date control
Read both Lists
Combine both collections based on booked time
Bind to gallery
Refer to this post to merge both collections
