Y position depending on gallery row selected

Hello,

 

I cant seem to figure if this is possible.

 

But can I position the little menu container, depending on the row selected in the gallery? (Especially only the ones with 3 dots)

 

I wanna position the little menu container right below the 3 dotted image.
