is it possible to send the meeting invitation to the attendees using this book as a room template or how can we modify that application along with sending the invitation

Hi @MohamedNivas I would need some more info on how your application works to make this more specific but my recommendation would be to link a power automate to your application and lets say when the user selects book room and this finalises there booking then have this run the power automate that would then need the attendees in a list form and you would use the Create event outlook connector to do this:

Hi Andrew,

FYI, I have created a room booking application using power apps. I have used the book A Room Template and I have created the room resources for the room selection as of now template is working fine. but additionally, i need to sent the booking invitation to the attendees when the booking is confirmed.

For example:
if select the room from the available rooms. In the template, it will directly book the room and navigate to the confirmation page. instead of that, when I click the select/book button it should direct me to one page where I can add the attendees for that meeting, and after clicking submit it will navigate to the confirmation page.

can you help me with that, how can I create that invite page and send the invitation to the attendees
