I have a text box which has a number inside by default (in this case "20"), but I don't want the user to erease that number, just only want it to continue writting.

Its not possible to prevent the user from editing part of the text in a text box.

My workaround would be to place a label beside the text box with the number 20 and make it look like its part of the control. Then you could get the year like this.

Label1.Text&TextInput1.Text

e.g. two text strings "20" & "19" joined is "2019"

Put this formula on the Onselect of a button:
Reset(Textbox)
