Why I can not see my power automate flow as options for call action in copilot studio topic?

I am trying to connect my power automate flow (which has the "When Power Virtual Agents calls a flow" trigger - tried with V1 and V2) - and my flow is not there, I also waited 24 hours to see if it will refresh but still, it is not there.

It looks like I need to create a new flow using the call an action --> create a flow, is this the case? no option to connect to an existing flow?

Did you build the bot and flow in the same solution? I've seen this happen if you build the bot in a solution but build the flow as a non-solution aware flow.

The flow is indeed not in a solution

The bot and the flow should both be in a solution and I would suggest the same solution.

I was able to reproduce the same behavior in my environment. I've reported the issue internally. If you wish, you can also raise a ticket from your end.
