I have built an app that allows customers to register a repair request. I have then deployed this to my website and it works beautifully, until I try to get my customers to use it that is. In anticipation of any access issues I created and licensed a specific user but this still doesn't work.
Help!!!

A standalone Power App requires the following from a user:
If it is deployed with a Power Apps Portal, you can do some of these things without full access. However, there is a different licencing model for portals based on the amount of use.
The easiest way around all of this: Use a Microsoft Forms questionnaire with an associated Power Automate flow to allow anonymous (unauthenticated) users to submit information. You can use a flow to send back a confirmation email or other response if you like.
