High system error rate for generative answers. Are others affected?

In the last few days, we have seen a very high 'system error' rate.

 

  • Have you seen similar problems? Would be good to know either way!
  • Is this something we can fix/avoid, or is it for MS?

  • We have noticed this since the 8th April, but it may have started a few days before that.
  • We are expecting generative AI answers.
  • It does still work sometimes, but the error rate is very high - you can't have a conversation with it.
  • It was working fine before.
  • We have only made minor config tweaks recently - nothing that would obviously explain this.
  • The error does not give us any useful information.
  • The analytics are useless - they don't seem to show any sign of these errors, although we know there have been many.

    I've had the same issue, seemingly after the last update.

    I know the issue in my circumstance was related to older AI Plugins not working w/whatever the Copilot updates were. Recreating the AI plugins solved the errors.

    I also had nondescript errors which were a result of unfulfilled input variables for AI plugins. Using the Analytics -> Sessions and downloading the session logs had more details.
