Unable to "allow" access to SQL Server Connector

I have an app that works fine and exported and imported it into a new Environment and connecting it to a new SQL Server (with a new Gateway on that new VM). It appears there is an issue getting the SQL Connector to be able to be granted permissions. Not sure why or how to resolve. The users I am in as has Admin rights in SQL and to the tenant. I cannot figure out how to tell why it doesn't let me allow access to the connector and don't know where to look - although I have tried looking everywhere I can think of - but nothing appears to be wrong. Any help would be appreciated. I'm lost at this point.

Hi

Oddly enough its like its not in your Solution.

Did you use a solution and make sure its in there? so when you Imported the solution, it would have had your create it then or update an existing.

please tell me you dont just import or export the app itself.

@FLMike, I do export and import it as an app, not a solution, as it was created initially before they introduced Solutions a coupe of years back. Would that be the cause? I've done this in the past without issue until a new VM with SQL was put in place to load this to work with.
