Hi,
I can't edit/share/delete connections of which I am the owner. The Edit / Share / Delete buttons are not working anymore in the Connections overview section. Tried it in Chrome and Edge. Both not working. This is really a problem.
@SBS - I discovered the same thing the other day when I tried to create a connection in that section. I could view the list of connectors, but then clicking the connector did nothing.
I can verify that I'm also unable to edit/share connectors.
I'm going to raise a support ticket with MS about this.
The only possible fix was to grant my account admin rights on the environment instead of only maker rights but this is not a safe fix. We cant grant every maker admin rights. It seems that the recent security updates really messed up things. I also have the issue that I don't have edit/owner rights on all the connections that I am formally owner of. The Details screens shows me as owner but the share screen shows me with ony "can use + share" rights. This means that connections used by more that 30 apps and flows can't be editted anymore because nobody has edit or owner rights anymore. This is really a huge problem!
@timl Technical support contacted me. The issue is known and they are working on a fix. There are 2 issues:- Maker rights are not correct anymore in regards to the creation/editting of connections- In some cases owners of connections only have "can use + share" rights. Owner/Edit rights are gone.
Thanks for the update @SBS
2 days ago, this was 100% not working for me and I'm fairly certain it wasn't working this morning when I raised a ticket. Right after MS contacted me to ask me to demo the issue, it started working again! I hope this is now fixed but I'll leave it a couple of days before closing my ticket in case the issue returns.
I'll post an update if MS gets back to me that the issues are fixed.
Problem still not solved.
Hi @SBS
MS Support got back to me and they acknoledged this as a bug. They suggested that I add/edit connections through the Data>Connections section of https://make.powerautomate.com/
This worked for me. Perhaps you could try the same?
@timl Thanks! That's half of the problem solved. My connection owner rights are also gone. When viewing the rights (through sharing the connection) I only have can use + share rights instead of owner / edit rights.
