Doing EDI and HL7 with Power Apps

Has anyone done any work with Power Apps and using EDI?  I did see something online for Power BI and where Power Query is excellent for parsing out HL7 (EDI) files.  If you have done work with these files, do you have any resource links or advice?  I appreciate any information.
