Hi, Following up from this issue , as i said i have Physicians and Hospitals. Now i want to create some task on action. e.g once form submitted and action triggered, Create task to acquire information for on-boarded physician. Whenever some new physician or multiple physicians is added to hospital i want to create task for some user to contact those physician. How can i select those physicians in task dynamically?
1: Once form saved and someone click on the Execute button.
2: This business process flow will be triggered.
3: I want those physicians selected in stage 1 on the form to be part of this task.

If I understand you correctly you need to add these users in the Description of the task?
