Collection does not match SharePoint list table format

I have created a collection with the defaults from a SharePoint list, however, the collection still has columns being created with data from deleted columns. When I check the data from the SharePoint list I am also seeing the deleted columns

Not sure why this is happening. I have tried refreshing the data source and removing and adding back the data source in the application.

Here is the code I am using to create a new record.

ClearCollect(colSPARChecklistTotals, Defaults(SPARChecklistTotals), 
    {ChecklistID: 1, SPAR_ID: Coalesce(gblCurrentRecord.ID, (Max(Sort(eas_CPARForms, ID, SortOrder.Descending),ID) + 1))}
);
