Hello Wonderful Community!

I have a bot that I created in Teams. I do not have a premium license so I am only working with a very limited capable space. When I tried to publish my bot to my Team for my consumption I noticed this message in yellow. Can someone explain this to me? I see that Microsoft is pushing alot of Generative AI, I am starting to see new things. Is there a way for me to use OpenAI or any generative AI features with this basic license to use in my sharepoint site to read documents or to find things in the site?
