Hello community,
Today I have again a question regarding Power Apps licensing. As the trials will now expire completely after 90 days, I need to solve a problem regarding the licensing. As I already know, when sharing a Power App, per app plans are automatically assigned to the users if there are licenses allocated to the environment.
Now, I'm wondering how to assign a per app license to the owner of the Power App. Any help?

The Power App per app licenses (app passes) are assigned to an environment, not to a user. As long as there are enough app passes in the environment to cover the number of people who have been shared an app, including the app owner, then you are licensed properly.
There is no special way to assign an app pass to an app owner.
