Hello,
I am working on a use case where a process is split into two separate conversations between the user and the Virtual Agent. In between there is a lengthy approval wait.
What I am trying to achieve is to be able to use Power Automate to send a Adaptive Card to the Virtual Agent with a button to continue (i.e. move to the 2nd leg of the process) and by doing so triggering the topic. I have tried a dozen different jsons with Submit, messaBack etc. actions but haven't been able to trigger the topic.
The card displays as in intended but I cannot get the button press to provide the text input to trigger a topic. Is this currently possible and does anyone know (and maybe even have the json to share) on how to execute it?
