Customise Chatbot Copilot Studio

Hello everyone,

I have several questions and I hope you can help me.

I have a website on which I want to integrate the Copilot Studio Chatbot to guide users. I was able to integrate sections (questions/answers) and embed the <iframe> on my website. For information, I am using Drupal for my website.

But now, I would like to customize this chatbot:

I would like to integrate a pop-in with my company’s logo;
I would like to modify the CSS of the basic chatbot provided by Microsoft, which does not match my company’s graphic charter.
Additionally, I would like to know how to retrieve the token for the chatbot that I configured via https://web.powerva.microsoft.com

Another question: what is the difference between the Copilot Studio chatbot and Azure?

I am not very skilled in development, so if you could help me with simple words...

Thank you all.

Laura

    Hello! I personaly haven't dealt with this, but I have people in the team who have done something similar.

    From what I understand this takes a code-first approach. Regarding Copilot Studio and Azure, Copilot Studio is there to help you build copilots (or chatbots) with varying levels of functionality based on the chatbot you're creating or modifying. Azure is Microsofts cloud data platform where you can deploy multiple resources.

    I imagine you're probably referring to this:

    Azure AI Bot Service | Microsoft Azure

    Here you'll find documentation explaining the key differences. But in general, Copilot Studio is a great introduction to quickly build bots using low-code. Whereas Azure AI Bot Service, in my opinion is better suited for code-first developers.
