hi, i have a questions, if i have a microsoft 365 E3 license, can i use power virtual agents with no problems or in the future i have to pay for Used it?

As far as I know with E3 you should have Limited Use Rights for Power Virtual Agents for Teams. You can find details about that in the licensing guide:

If you want to access the full range of Power Virtual Agents capabilities, you need to upgrade your plan to a standalone Power Virtual Agents subscription. So, it also depends a bit on what you want to achieve/do with your Power Virtual Agent.
