Hello,
So I have setup a flow for a PowerApp to send an email until an user’s submission. However, I don’t want my email account to be used to send the email.
I have looked at the Power Automate action Email an notification as a plausible solution. However, is it possible for the PowerApp to use the user’s email account (who is submitting the form) to send the email (instead of the flow creator’s email account)?
Example: John creates Email Generation flow for PowerApp. James sent a submission via PowerApp. The PowerApp uses James’ email account to send the email.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hi @cferv_77
You can not do that, I suggest you create a shared mailbox to send all emails from the same mailbox, or a generic account mailbox, but it is better a shared mailbox that does not require a license.
