I am interested to know if we can configure AAD v1 application in above configuration. To give little bit of history there are 2 versions of AAD app based on where its created. Created on apps.dev.microsoft.com - (its retired now but, if it was created here) - AAD app will be considered v2
Created on Azure portal - AAD app will be considered v1.
I configured AAD app v1 in above PVA configuration and getting 'bad request' error so I am wondering if its even supported.

If no, please, let us know more about your configuration inside the PVA portal and inside the Azure permissions portal.
Yes I have fixed this using v1 version of AAD app.
