I have develop one canvas app that uses power automate flow. I have created solution for it and deploy it in production environment via pipeline. But in production environment, It asks for permission every time for connection. I am using Microsoft Dataverse, OneDrive for Business and Office 365 Groups connection. I have added image of current connection reference in the solution.

I have the same question (0)

To stop connection prompts in production, make sure your solution uses connection references instead of direct connections. After deployment, go to each connection reference in the production environment and map it to an existing connection. Using a service account for these connections can also prevent repeated permission requests.

As seen in the screenshot, you’ve added connection references for Microsoft Dataverse and OneDrive for Business. That’s a great start but to stop the permission prompts in production, each reference must be mapped to a valid connection in that environment.

    Make sure to:

    • Open each connection reference in the production solution.

    • Link it to an active connection, ideally using a service account.

    • Confirm that your Power Automate flows are using these references—not direct connections.

Once mapped correctly, the app should stop asking for consent repeatedly.

The Office Groups connection references is missing as well. Make sure to add this to the solution.
