file access permission base on the files powerapps

Hi, I'm having trouble on permission of user for my files, i shared a folders and files but some user will not have an access or to see the folders or the files, my users are connected to office365 and the files are in sharepoint. is there a way to prevent specific users to not be able to see the files and subfiles?

    Hi @reibalboaOMG 

     

    I think the best way to really secure the File is to set permission within the folders/files themselves. A flat directory would be good cause it's easier for you to granularly set the permissions as overriding folders will be confusing unless you really want to assign a whole folder for a specific user.

     

    To assign permissions from PowerApps, utilize Power Automate.

    Hi @cha_cha 

    I have an additional question about filter and search in one combo box. my combo box has alot of folders and subfolders and files the command is currently (Filter(Documents, StartsWith('File name with extension', searchbox.Text))) but i want it to have a subfolder (Set(varFolderPath, "Shared Documents/") and on the combobox will be Filter( 'Shared Documents', 'Folder path' = varFolderPath) how can i combine both program?
