I am following the Microsoft documentation on creating a Power Platform plugin package using the Power Platform Tools for VS 2022. The package which includes 2 plugins deploys fine, but no steps are created. Has anyone managed to deploy directly from Visual Studio and get the steps to deploy? I have dependant assemblies hence I wanted to go via the package route if possible.
Any pointers would be greatly sappreciated.
