Hi

I am an IT coordinator at a high school and I have created a Power App for our teachers. This app is making use of te connections Approvals, Office 365 Outlook, OneDrive for Business and Excel Online (Business). When the teacher fills in the required information in the app and submits the information, this information should for example be added in an Excel table using PowerAutomate.

Unfortunately, when a teacher submits the Power App, there occurs an error in PowerAutomate (step where data should be added to Excel) saying "The resource could not be found". I don't want to give teachers permission to this Excel file.

How can I make my Power App work without giving teachers permission to the connections?

Thanks!

Update the flow with the owner connection, not the current user.

Go to Flow and click on Run Only users and Edit.
