ModelDrivenFormIntegration - In embedded custom page into model driven app form

Hi, 
 
I am having some trouble with my custom page that is embedded into the Power apps. 
I need the text label to show the current record i am inside. 
for example: 
Table: contact has an embedded custom page in it and I need it to show the current record. 
 
however, I am using modeldrivenformintegration.Item.'Full name' and in power apps studio the current record is viewed but nothing appear in the app when in model driven app. 
 
Any suggestion to why this happen? 
 
I need it so i can structure the logic in my app.

    Can I please verify that you published all customizations and then deployed? Or (is this the same tenant/Environment)??
     
    Just want to make sure the Model driven app is deployed fully
     
    Can you share a few pictures of your App in the model driven + (not in studio mode)
     
    If you can verify what I asked, or try it again I can try to repro it.

    My experience with this is that you need to add a hidden gallery which filters for the first record on the table where the id. matches your modeldrivenformintegration.item.id. Once you do this, you can then map the field values in your custom page to the gallery1.'Full Name' for example.
    I believe it's because the integration only passes you the id, and maybe something else.
