Submit form function giving parsing error

HI expert i am getting parsing error while submitting the form 
 
and for some item its getting submitted

    It might be the 'CASE/POV' caused the problem.
    Is that possible that change the column name in Sharepoint ? like CASE_POV ?
    If you dont want to change that column name. try to use CASE_x002f_POV instead of CASE/POV in the formula.

    I meant... the slash could be a problem, when it parses API invoking.
