Hi
I am developing an app to use queues so certain teams can see what they need to work on. However when I load up the Queues Items table and change the filter I get the following error, t.getFilter is not a function. I then went to the filter and it is looking for the relationship to QueueMembership however when I check the other tables in Dataverse no such table exist. My only other option is to create my own queue system which isn't really ideal. If anyone can help that would be great.
Thank you
Hello,
There is such a table but it's of "intersection" type - it's the table of N-N relationship between queue and systemuser tables. You can find more information about it here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/entities/queue?view=op-9-1#BKMK_queuemembership_association
I believe the nature of your error is slightly different. Can you please provide more information about what are you doing to reproduce an error?
Thank you I can see that it is hidden and I can see it if i connect through SQL.
I can reproduce the error if I change either filter on the queue item view sometimes I get the error and other times it works. If I check the Edit filter it showed the error referenced in the attachment which lead me to believe it had something to do with it not finding Queuememebership, because this is a production application I would prefer not to have the error appear. Is it possible to remove the "Queues I'm a Member of" filter box?
This is not something I can reproduce on my system. I would recommend opening the ticket with Microsoft cause it looks to me like a app bug that you have nothing to do with - something is glitching from a platform perspective.
And as far as I know "Queues I'm a member of" is not something that you can remove from UI.
From my research I also came to the same conclusion about the "Queues I'm a Member of" just wasn't sure if I missed something.
@krodgers I will save some time for you - we had exactly the same issue on one of the projects and the ticket with Microsoft was opened. Microsoft returned with an answer that it's a bug in the app and the fix will be shipped as a part of the October wave 2 release.
ok thank you for the update I will keep an eye out for it.
We have Wave 2 already in and the error still shows, so will raise with Microsoft.
Having the exact same issue here as of 10/3/2023. Opened a ticket with Microsoft as this appears to be a bug.
try turning off the new look and feel to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, at least for me, this still does not appear to fix the issue.
