Dear all,
I am not sure what happened nothing was done. No content updated. no images on the file content in sharepoint. But today, the response is no longer able to find anything from the files in sharepoint.
Is there any changes from Microsoft? question as simple as what is the emergency contact number, it just reply
"I'm sorry, but I don't have access to specific helpdesk numbers. You might want to check your company's internal directory or website for the contact information."

    Hello,

probably it's due to some sort of update. What I'd suggest is to try out Sharepoint agents as I see that they're more capable in using SP knowledge sources. You can check out the docs here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/get-started-with-agents-in-sharepoint-69e2faf9-2c1e-4baa-8305-23e625021bcf.

In case of any other questions, let me know. If the answer helped you, mark it, so that others can benefit from it.

    Best regards,

So Copilot studio just got the function to use knowledge from sharepoint remove?
Using sharepoint copilot is not part of the project plan.

    Hi,
    I would do the following:

    1. Check if someone has changed permissions in the SharePoint document library or site.
    2. Check whether SharePoint documents file size (up to 7MB file).
    3. If none of the previous changed, I would remove and add again the SharePoint site as knowledge source, so the indexing process starts again.

    Hope it helps!

It might be due to some updates. Please try to remove the sharepoint site from the Knowledge source and re-add again. Publish the Agent.

    This should resolve the issue.

If not, it means the permissions have been changed as mentioned in the below comment.

    Thanks.
